目的:分析乳晕边缘切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选取于2013年1月~2014年1月来院治疗的乳腺纤维瘤患者78例作为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同,分为对照组( n=39例)和观察组( n=39例),对照组行传统放射状切口治疗,观察组行乳晕边缘切口手术治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床效果及并发症发生情况.结果:观察组手术时间高于对照组,但乳晕边缘切口瘢痕较对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为12.82%,对照组术后并发症发生率为17.95%,差异不显著(P>0.05).结论:乳腺纤维瘤采取乳晕边缘切口手术治疗的临床效果显著,具有手术创伤小、术后并发症少、术后恢复快等优点,在临床中具有良好的应用价值.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of the edge of the areola incision operation treatment of breast fibroma.
