目的:分析人性化护理在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法:选取我院2012年5月至2015年3月胃癌手术患者80例,分为研究组和对照组,各40例.对照组实施常规的护理方法,研究组在常规护理方法基础上实施人性化护理,比较两组的护理效果.结果:研究组患者教育知识合格程度95%明显高于对照组72.5%,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者术后恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者满意度97.5%明显高于对照组85%,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:人性化护理在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果良好,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer from May 2012 to March 2015 were divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the research group was based on conventional nursing method, and compared with the effect of nursing in the two groups.Results The level of education knowledge of the research group was 72.5% significantly higher than that of the control group 95%, the difference was obvious, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The recovery time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group 85%, the difference was obvious, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing in patients with gastric cancer is good, it is worth promoting.
