目的:分析白内障手术后视网膜脱离临床特征与治疗效果.方法:选自我院收治的白内障手术后视网膜脱离患者30例,根据病情分为两组,对照组予以巩膜扣带术,研究组予以玻璃体切割术.结果 两组视网膜初次复位率无明显差异,但研究组视网膜最终复位率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).两组术后的黄斑前膜、脉络膜脱离、黄斑囊样水肿、复视、眼外肌运动功能障碍等并发症发生率明显高于研究组(P<0.05).结论:相较于巩膜扣带术,白内障手术后单纯性孔源性视网膜脱离患者应用玻璃体切割术治疗具有更高复位率,且复视、眼外肌运动功能障碍等并发症发生率较低.

Objective to analyze clinical characteristics of retinal detachment after cataract surgery and treatment effect.Methods Choose self hospital treated 30 patients with retinal detachment after cataract surgery, according to the condition is divided into two groups, control group scleral buckling surgery, vitreous phaco group.Results No difference between the two groups of retinal first reset rate, but the team eventually retinal reset rate is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05).Two groups of postoperative macular pucker, choroid detachment and macular edema capsule sample, diplopia, extraocular muscle movement disorders such as complication rates are significantly higher than group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with scleral buckling surgery, simple rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after cataract surgery for the treatment of patients with retinal detachment used vitreous cut with higher reduction rate, and diplopia, extraocular muscle movement disorders such as complication rates are low.
