目的:探讨中医药辩证论治联合针刺治疗肿瘤相关性顽固性呃逆的治疗效果.方法:选取经我科明确诊断为消化道各类恶性肿瘤且发生顽固性呃逆的80例患者.随机分为对照组与治疗组.对照组采取肌肉注射氯丙嗪、胃复安、氟哌啶醇治疗,治疗组采取中医药辨论治证联合穴位针刺治疗.结果:对照组和治疗组总有效率相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组.中医药辩证论分型联合针刺治疗,胃寒证、脾胃阳虚证和气滞证有效率与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),效果最好的是胃寒证,其次是脾胃阳虚证和气滞证.结论:中医药辩证论治联合针刺治疗肿瘤相关性顽固性呃逆效果好,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese dialectical medicine plus acupuncture treatment on intractab le hiccup.Methods Eighty tumor were randomly allocared to a control group of 40 cases and a treatment group of 40 cases, The control group was treated by Western drug placebo for antispasm, And the treatment group was treated by combined use of Chinese dialectical medicine and acupuncture .Results The comparison between the two groups showed that the total efficacy rate was obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group, there was statistically significant differences(P<0.05). In traditional Chinese dialecticalmedicine therapy, the efficacy rate were obviously higher in the stomach cold syndrome, spleen Yang deficiency syndrome, and qi stagnation syndrome than in the control group, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05) compared with control group, the effect is the best to the stomach cold syndrome, followed by the spleen Yang deficiency syndrome and qi stagnation syndrome.Conclusion Combined tre atment of Chinese dialectical medicine plus acupuncture is an effective way to treat intractable hiccups in tumor patients.
