阐述了研制月尘胶结质模拟物对于提高模拟月尘真实度的意义,开展了胶结质初始物质的选择、熔融实验、实验结果分析以及制备工艺总结的研究工作. 初始物质选用基性斜长石粉末和火山渣粉末的混合物,熔融加热设备采用马弗炉. 实验结果分析表明,1200 ℃加热20 min所得的不完全熔融产物在微观形貌、化学成分、玻璃化程度和掺杂纳米铁颗粒等方面与真实月尘胶结质相近,可以作为高真实度模拟月尘中的胶结质材料.

The significance of developing high-fidelity lunar dust simulant with agglutinate analog was explained at first. Then, the choice of raw materials, heating process control, characterization data analysis were studied. Finally, a preparation process route was summarized where the mixture of plagioclase and volcanic cinders served as the raw materials and heated by muffle furnace. Analy-sis showed that the mixture treated at 1200℃ for 20 minites yielded the best incomplete melting product. Such lunar agglutinate product can resemble real agglutinate particles on the moon in many aspects, such as the microstructure, chemical composition, glassification degree and endowed with nanophase iron globules ( np-Fe0 ) . It may be a main additive to constitute high-fidelity lunar dust simulant.
