某型号的超精密平面磨床的主轴与砂轮通过过盈配合连接在一起,要满足磨削的精度并实现扭矩的可靠传递。过盈配合属于典型的非线性接触问题,文章研究通过有限元软件 ANSYS Workbench 针对砂轮与主轴实际情况下的装配特点建立了合理的有限元模型。而且通过大量的运算研究了过盈量、转速及摩擦系数对过盈面连接特性的影响。研究表明:过盈量是影响过盈面连接特性的最大因素,设定合理的过盈量不仅可以满足扭矩可靠的传递,还能满足强度的要求;主轴在高速旋转时,产生的离心力将减小过盈量;摩擦系数对过盈面连接特性影响很小。这种分析方法可以很好地反应砂轮与主轴之间的受力情况,对实际装配过程起到一定的指导作用。

The spindle and grinding wheel on a type of ultra precision surface grinding machine connected together by interference fit,to satisfy the grinding accuracy and realize the torque transmission.Interference fit belongs to the typical nonlinear contact problem.According to the assembly feature of the gringding wheel with the spindle in the actual situa-tion,the reasonable finite element model is established through the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.The influ-ence of interference,speed and friction coeffcicent to the interference surface properties is studied through a lage number of computation.The studies shows that:interference is the biggest factors of affecting interference surface properties,set a rea-sonable amount of interference not only meet the reliable of transmission torque also satisfy the requirement of strength;the centrifugal force will reduce the amount of interference when spindle rotates at high speed;friction coefficient has little im-pact of interference suface properties.The analysis method can be a good reaction the force between the grinding wheel and spindle and have certain reference significance for others similar assembly process.
