以石榴皮为原料,分别采用水煎煮法、加热回流法、超声提取法及微波提取法提取石榴皮色素,并对石榴皮色素的染色性能和抗氧化活性进行比较。结果表明:微波提取法的提取率最高;微波提取法和超声提取法提取的石榴皮色素的染色性能和抗氧化活性基本相同,比水煎煮法和加热回流法高;不同方法提取的石榴皮色素的上染率均随染液pH 值的增大而升高,颜色也随之加深;加入媒染剂后色素的染色牢度增强;不同方法提取的石榴皮色素对 DPPH 自由基的清除率均在90%以上,具有很强的抗氧化活性。

이석류피위원료,분별채용수전자법、가열회류법、초성제취법급미파제취법제취석류피색소,병대석류피색소적염색성능화항양화활성진행비교。결과표명:미파제취법적제취솔최고;미파제취법화초성제취법제취적석류피색소적염색성능화항양화활성기본상동,비수전자법화가열회류법고;불동방법제취적석류피색소적상염솔균수염액pH 치적증대이승고,안색야수지가심;가입매염제후색소적염색뇌도증강;불동방법제취적석류피색소대 DPPH 자유기적청제솔균재90%이상,구유흔강적항양화활성。
Using pomegranate peel as material,the pigments from pomegranate peel was extracted by hot water extraction method,heating refluxing extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method and microwave ex-traction method.Dyeing properties and antioxidant activity of pigments were also compared between these four methods.Results indicated that the extraction rate of microwave extraction method was the highest,and the pig-ments extracted by microwave extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method had better dyeing property and antioxidant activity than that by hot water extraction method and heating refluxing extraction method.The dye-uptake rate and color of pigments increased with increasing of pH value,and color fastness was enhanced with mordant dyeing.The DPPH free radical scavenging rate of pigments extracted by different extraction methods were all above 90%,and had very strong antioxidant activity.
