为了研究干旱胁迫对芸豆种子萌发的影响,以“60天还家”芸豆种子为材料,采用培养皿滤纸萌发的方法,以不同浓度PEG(聚乙二醇)溶液模拟干旱条件,对芸豆种子萌发特性进行研究。结果表明,不同浓度的PEG干旱胁迫对芸豆种子萌发产生不同程度影响,低浓度(5%~15%)的胁迫作用小,高浓度(15%以上)的胁迫作用大。芸豆种子萌发期的不同指标对不同浓度胁迫反应不同,尤其种子发芽指数及种子活力指数的反应最为显著。15%PEG浓度对芸豆种子各指标均产生显著抑制,是PEG模拟芸豆干旱胁迫的有效浓度,可作为芸豆萌发期利用PEG进行抗旱性鉴定的试验浓度。
為瞭研究榦旱脅迫對蕓豆種子萌髮的影響,以“60天還傢”蕓豆種子為材料,採用培養皿濾紙萌髮的方法,以不同濃度PEG(聚乙二醇)溶液模擬榦旱條件,對蕓豆種子萌髮特性進行研究。結果錶明,不同濃度的PEG榦旱脅迫對蕓豆種子萌髮產生不同程度影響,低濃度(5%~15%)的脅迫作用小,高濃度(15%以上)的脅迫作用大。蕓豆種子萌髮期的不同指標對不同濃度脅迫反應不同,尤其種子髮芽指數及種子活力指數的反應最為顯著。15%PEG濃度對蕓豆種子各指標均產生顯著抑製,是PEG模擬蕓豆榦旱脅迫的有效濃度,可作為蕓豆萌髮期利用PEG進行抗旱性鑒定的試驗濃度。

In order to study the effects of drought stress on germination of kidney bean seed,the kidney bean seeds of cultivar‘Sixty Days Huan Jia’were evaluated under simulated drought stress condition by using different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG)in vitro. The results indicated that the different PEG concentrations had different effects on the germination of kidney bean seeds. Low concentrations(5%-15%)had the little effects on kidney bean seeds,while high concentrations(>15%)had a large effects on kidney bean seeds. The response of different indexes on PEG stress was different during germination period of kidney bean seeds, the response of germination index and vigor index. When the concentration of PEG was up to 15%,all kinds of indexes were significantly inhibited. Therefore,15%PEG was an effective concentration for simulated drought stress against to kidney bean seeds, and would be used as an appropriate experimental concentration for the drought tolerance evaluation of kidney bean.
