为明确青海互助县温室大棚黄瓜白粉病病原菌的分类,随机调查种植黄瓜的日光温室,采集发病的植株组织,对白粉菌进行无性型扫描电镜观察和 DNA 提取。试验结果发现,互助县温室大棚内白粉菌为苍耳单囊白粉菌,生产中仍以化学防治为主,可结合高温闷棚灭菌。

In order to ascertain types of cucumber powdery mildew pathogen, we investigated cucumber greenhouse in Huzhu county randomly,and collected plant tissue with disease, that acquisition of powdery mildew on the molecular iden-tification of powdery mildew pathogen suggested cucumber powdery mildew should be prevented primarily by chemical control methods as before, combined with high temperature.
