Customer outflow is one of the focuses of the telecom operators,this article take some telecommunication campus marketing center as the study development object based on data warehouse analyzed campus customer outflow.By extracting sample data from the data warehouse,established customer outflow prediction model based on dimension tables. Finally proposed new pattern devote to the development and the innovation campus channel,formulation conforms to uni-versity student characteristic methods,made greatest effect to stay customer who favors to leave campus.
