设计了标准球电极在线测量系统,它由标准球、支杆及待测电极构成。介绍了测量系统的使用方法,并对其测量误差进行了分析。做了块状电极反拷测量试验,结果表明:系统能准确有效地对电火花微细电极进行在线测量,测量值与非接触式三坐标测量机离线测量值的相对误差小于5%,从而实现了电火花加工微细电极简单、快捷的在线测量。
設計瞭標準毬電極在線測量繫統,它由標準毬、支桿及待測電極構成。介紹瞭測量繫統的使用方法,併對其測量誤差進行瞭分析。做瞭塊狀電極反拷測量試驗,結果錶明:繫統能準確有效地對電火花微細電極進行在線測量,測量值與非接觸式三坐標測量機離線測量值的相對誤差小于5%,從而實現瞭電火花加工微細電極簡單、快捷的在線測量。

An on-line measurement system which is composed by standard sphere ,support rob and under-tested electrode was proposed. The usage of this measurement system is introduced along with its measure error analysis. The result of WEDG experiment shows that this measurement system can survey online-fabricated electrode accurately and effectively. It shows that the relative error between the on-line measurement system and the non contacting optical measurement system is less than 5 %. This measurement system provides a novel way for the survey of online fabricated electrodes in micro EDM.
