目的:探讨手术联合中药外洗治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效.方法:68例三踝骨折患者随机分2组,34例患者采用常规手术治疗为对照组,34例患者采用常规手术联合中药外洗治疗为观察组,比较两组患者的治疗情况与临床疗效.结果:观察组患者术后住院时间、临床愈合时间、骨性愈合时间均明显少于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:手术联合中药外洗治疗三踝骨折的疗效显著,可明显缩短术后恢复时间.

목적:탐토수술연합중약외세치료삼과골절적림상료효.방법:68례삼과골절환자수궤분2조,34례환자채용상규수술치료위대조조,34례환자채용상규수술연합중약외세치료위관찰조,비교량조환자적치료정황여림상료효.결과:관찰조환자술후주원시간、림상유합시간、골성유합시간균명현소우대조조,치료총유효솔명현고우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:수술연합중약외세치료삼과골절적료효현저,가명현축단술후회복시간.
Objective To investigate clinical effect of surgery combined with chinese medicine wash in treatment of three ankle fractures.Methods 68 patients with three ankle fractures were randomly divided into two groups. 34 patients treated conventional surgery as control group. 34 patients treated conventional surgery combined with chinese medicine wash as observation group. Treatment and clinical effect were compared between two groups.Results Postoperative hospitalization time, clinical healing time, bone healing time in observation group were significantly less than control group. Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group. Differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Surgery combined with chinese medicine wash have better effect in treatment of three ankle fractures, which can significantly shorten postoperative recovery time.
