试验采用沙培的方法研究了氮素水平对旱胁迫下红小豆幼苗保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:随氮素水平的提高,红小豆幼苗叶片、茎部、根部SOD、POD、CAT活性大体呈增加趋势,叶片和根部APX活性则表现为WS+N150和WS+N100处理显著高于其他处理,而各器官MDA含量则以WS+N100最低。相关性分析可知,红小豆叶、茎、根中SOD和CAT,以及叶、茎中POD和APX活性与氮素浓度呈极显著线性正向相关关系,根中APX酶活性与氮素浓度可通过一元二次方程很好地拟合,根中POD与氮素浓度之间无明显相关关系。叶、茎、根中MDA含量随氮素浓均度变化均呈倒抛物线变化,可以通过一元二次方程很好地拟合。综合分析认为,氮素浓度为100 mg·L-1时既提高了抗氧化酶活性,又显著降低了MDA含量,提高红小豆幼苗抗旱能力。

The sand culture was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen levels on protective enzyme activities of adzuki bean seedling. The results showed that the activities of SOD,POD,CAT in leaf,stem,and root had an increased trend with the increment of nitrogen concentration in the main,and APX activities in leaf and root of WS+N150 and WS+N100 was significantly higher than other treatments,while the content of MDA in all organs was the lowest for WS+N100. Linear positive correlation was found between the activities of SOD and CAT in leaf,stem,root and activities of POD and APX in leaf,stem and nitrogen concentration. The relationship of APX activities in root and nitrogen concentration could be simulated by square equation,and there was no correlation between POD activities and nitrogen concentration. MDA content of leaf,stem and root approximates to anti-parabola with the change of nitrogen concentration could be simulated by square equation. In conclusion,the protective enzyme activities could be promoted,and content of MDA could be decreased significantly when nitrogen concentration was 100 mmol·L-1,which resulted in better drought resistance.
