基于支路可观概念,提出了一种在保证系统完全可观测的情况下,以布置信息采集点最少为目标的信息采集点优化布置算法。介绍了支路可观基本原理,建立了基于支路完全可观的有源配电网信息采集点优化布置模型,对建立的整数规划模型采用分枝定界法进行求解,并分析了有源配电网中DG接入位置不同对优化布置方案的影响。在14节点和37节点有源配电网系统中进行算例分析,验证了所提算法的正确性。

Based on branch-observed concept, this paper proposed a kind of optimal placement algorithm to minimize information collect-ing nodes under the conditions making the active distribution network completely observable. Introduction was made to the basic branch-observed principle. This paper established the optimal placement model based on the completely branch-observed active distribution network for information collecting nodes, and the branch and bound method is used to solve the integer programming problem. In addition, the inlfu-ence of the optimal placement has been discussed when the distributed generation (DG) is accessed to the distribution network in different locations. The proposed algorithm is tested with 14-bus and 37-bus active distribution network. The correctness of the algorithm has been veriifed.
