采用 HPLC -ELS 法,C18柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60);流速0.8 mL/min;柱温为室温;检测器为 Alltech 2000蒸发光散射检测器;检测温度100℃;ELSD 载气为高纯氮气;载气压力为0.35 MPa,对雪胆溶液中雪胆甲素含量进行测定。结果表明:在该方法下,雪胆甲素进样量在3.34~16.70μg之间,进样量的自然对数与峰面积积分值的自然对数呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率为98.81%,RSD 为0.92%(n =6)。所建方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于雪胆溶液中雪胆甲素含量的测定。

The Hemsleya A in Hemsleya solution was detected by HPLC -ELS method with C1 8 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm),mobile phase of acetonitrile -water (40∶60),flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,column tem-perature of room temperature,detector of Alltech 2 000 for evaporative light scattering detection,detection tem-perature of 1 00℃,ELSD carrier gas of high purity nitrogen,carrier gas pressure of 0.35 MPa.The results showed that when the injection dosage of Hemsleya A was 3.34 ~1 6.70 μg,the natural logarithm of injection dosage showed good linear relationship with the natural logarithm of peak area values,and the average recovery rate was 98.81 % with RSD of 0.92 % (n =6).The method was simple,accurate and reliable,so it could be used to detect the Hemsleya A content in Hemsleya solution.
