含油废水的来源非常广泛,油污染对生态系统、植物、土壤和水体都会产生严重的影响. 本文用工业废料锯末通过一定的化学、物理方法加以改性,对含油废水进行处理,研究改性锯末的投加量、反应pH值、反应温度等因素对处理效果的影响. 结果表明:经过化学改性的锯末对含油废水的处理效果要优于物理改性的锯末; 100mL含油废水中化学改性锯末最佳投加量为4.0g,最佳反应温度为30℃,最佳初始pH为4.0.

Oily wastewater has a very wide range of sources,oil pollution,plants,soil and water ecological system will have a sig-nificant impact.In this paper,the industrial waste sawdust was modified through chemical or physical methods to deal with oily wastewater.The modified sawdust dosing quantity,pH value and reaction temperature were studied on treatment effect.The results showed that the treatment effect of chemical modification sawdust is better than that of physical modified sawdust; the optimal dosing quantity of chemical modified sawdust in 100 ml oily wastewater is 4.0 g,the optimum reaction temperature is 30 ℃,the optimum initial pH is 4.0.
