为了解电液疏浚抓斗挖掘过程受力情况并计算油缸推力大小,根据疏浚土壤的破坏变形机理,对疏浚抓斗的挖掘阻力作了分析。通过分析各种环境因素对挖掘阻力的影响并结合前人对反铲斗挖掘土壤实验的研究,建立了疏浚抓斗的受力数学模型,得出了挖掘阻力的基本方程式。以136 m2抓斗挖掘珊瑚礁为例计算出了各开度下的挖掘阻力,并绘制出了油缸推力随抓斗开度变化的曲线。

To understand the bearing condition of electric hydraulic dredging grab garbing process and calculate strain driving force ,the paper discusses the digging resistance on the basis of analyzing dred‐ging soil destruction deformation mechanism .By combining the analysis of various environmental fac‐tors on the influence of digging resistance and the previous studies of back‐hoe bucket scooping up soil experiment ,the dredging grab mechanical force model is established and the basic equations of digging resistance is computed .Finally ,the paper takes 136 m2 dredging grab digging coral reef as an example to calculate the digging resistance under different opening ,also ,the curve of strain driving force chan‐ges with the opening is drawn .
