中型货车在连续长下坡路段行驶通常需不断制动，大型载重车辆制动更为频繁。由于频繁制动，会导致刹车系统温度急剧上升，从而出现热衰退现象。文中依据模拟中型货车满载状态连续长下坡鼓式制动器制动实验，通过实验数据分析，中型货车满载状态连续长下坡时鼓式制动器摩擦片表面、制动蹄顶部和制动蹄内侧3个部位的温度变化规律，推导出摩擦片失效温度与制动蹄顶部及内侧危险温度阈值之间对应关系，得到当初速度不断上升的过程中，摩擦片表面失效温度和制动蹄顶部和内侧的拟合危险温度阈值在一定范围内也同时上升的结论，在热衰退出现之前向驾驶员发出温度预警，有效控制因刹车系统热衰退导致交通事故的发生。

Medium‐sized trucks need to be braked constantly when they are driven in the continuous long dow nhill and large trucks are more frequent .Because of the frequent braking ,the temperature of the braking system will rise sharply and the thermal fade will happen .This article analyzes the tem‐perature changes of full loaded medium‐sized trucks’ braking friction surface ,top of the brake shoe , inside of the brake shoe based on the data of the relevant experiment .It deduces the relationship be‐tween the highest temperatures of the three parts considering safety and comes to the conclusion that the temperature of the three parts will be higher when the trucks have the bigger initial velocities .It can prevent traffic accidents from happening by reminding the drivers before the thermal fade .
