针对机场终端区航班拥堵的复杂情况,将协同决策系统(CDM )引入到航班调度研究中,提出航班动态性优化调度方法.在航班调度过程中加入动态性因子,对CDM系统中的航班调度算法进行改进.以航班延误损失和航班调度公平性为目标,建立航班优化调度动态模型,采用GAAA算法对模型进行求解.通过仿真实验,航班延误时间降低了31.75%,延误损失降低了61.36%,且提高了航班调度的公平性.与遗传算法和蚁群算法比较,GAAA算法优势明显,具有可行性,为解决终端区航班拥堵问题提供参考.

For the complex situation of flight congestion at the airport terminal ,CDM (Collaborative Decision Making) is introduced to the study of flight scheduling problems ,and the flight dynamic op‐timal scheduling is proposed .The dynamic factor is added into the flight scheduling algorithm in CDM to make an improvement .Flight delay cost and the fairness of flight are regarded as optimization ob‐jective to establish the flight dynamic scheduling model .The GAAA algorithm is apply to solve the model .Through simulation and experiment ,flight delay time is decreased by 31 .75% ,flight delay cost is declined by 61 .36% ,and the fairness of the flight scheduling is improved a lot .Make compari‐son of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm ,GAAA algorithm has its advantages and feasible , w hich can provide a reference for solving the problem of terminal area flight congestion .
