针对传统配电网调度存在的问题,构建智能配电网优化调度全局优化目标,开展电源-网络-负荷互动技术研究,建立一套全局优化调度策略库和评估方案,并研制了智能配电网综合优化调度系统。该系统在南京青奥智能电网示范区进行了成功应用,有效降低了负荷峰谷差和电网损耗,提高了区内电网的运行效率。

Aiming at the problem existing in traditional distribution network scheduling, this paper established the global optimization scheduling objective of intelligent distribution network, carried out the research on power supply-network-load interactive technology and es-tablished a set of global optimization scheduling strategy and evaluation scheme. On the basis of this, a comprehensive optimized scheduling system of intelligent power distribution network was developed. The system achieves successful application in Nanjing Qing'ao smart grid demonstration zone, and ensures the efifcient operation of the power grid during the Youth Olympic Games, reducing the load peak valley difference and power loss effectively.
