甜樱桃设施栽培的经济效益远高于露地栽培,但若对需冷量掌控不准,容易造成萌芽不齐、花器官畸形或败育、坐果不良和成熟期推迟等问题。为此,本课题组研制了一种甜樱桃设施栽培需冷量自动检测、选择、记录显示系统,包括现场温度检测、有效低温选择、控制信号转换与输出、需冷量积累显示等装置,连续3年用于甜樱桃设施栽培试验,取得良好效果。由于应用该系统精确监测了需冷量,使设施栽培扣棚控温时机的掌控更科学合理,成功避免了萌芽不齐、坐果不良和延迟成熟等问题,在此基础上,与温、湿度自动监测和联控报警等现代测控技术配合运行,高精度调控大棚内栽培环境,使果实大小均匀,产量、质量及采收期均达到预期效果。

For sweet cherry,the economic benefit of protected cultivation is much higher than that of open field cultivation.However,problems such as nonuniform germination,aberrant flower,abortion,bad fruit setting and delayed maturation appeared frequently due to the inaccurate chilling regulation.In order to solve the problems,an automatic system for monitoring,selecting and recoding of chilling requirements in pro-tected cultivation of sweet cherry were designed and developed.The system,which consisted of temperature detection,effective chilling temperature selection,signal conversion and output and chilling accumulation dis-play,had been tested continuously for 3 years and achieved good effects.The system monitored chilling accu-mulation accurately and made it more reasonable for the time selection of greenhouse covering,thus avoiding risks of nonuniform germination,bad fruit setting and delayed maturation,etc.Under the coordinate applica-tion of this system with other modern measuring and controlling techniques such as automatic detection and a-larming of temperature and humidity,the environment in green houses was regulated precisely,so the uniform fruits were got and the expected yield,quality and harvest time were achieved.
