利用黑龙江黑豆、吉林黑豆、上海黑豆3个黑豆品种进行工厂化生产的最佳品种和孵化环境条件试验。结果表明,黑龙江黑豆最适合工厂化生产,其生产最佳孵化环境为:孵化车间采用淋水间隔3.5 h、温度控制在23~25℃、湿度保持在75%以上,发芽后84 h 采收最适宜。

이용흑룡강흑두、길림흑두、상해흑두3개흑두품충진행공엄화생산적최가품충화부화배경조건시험。결과표명,흑룡강흑두최괄합공엄화생산,기생산최가부화배경위:부화차간채용림수간격3.5 h、온도공제재23~25℃、습도보지재75%이상,발아후84 h 채수최괄의。
Three types of Black beans selected from Heilongjiang, Jilin and Shanghai were tested to find the best variety and incubation environment during the process of industried production. The results suggested that Heilongjiang ones is the best variety for industries production, its best incubation environment is: taking shower gap for 3.5 h in incubation fac-tory, the temperature between 23-25℃, keeping humidity above 75%, 84 h after incubation to harvest.
