Currently,rural land consolidation and rehabilitation work has been carried out through out the country.Since land consolidation regulation and the security for peasants' interest are not in place,land consolidation has encountered some obstruction.This paper interpretated the meaning of rural land consolidation,based on that,it analyzed the main problems in rural land consolidation,and put forward relevant countermeasures with respect to the problems.
