农业生态旅游起源于经济发达的西方,我国近年随着经济发展和城镇化推进,农业生态旅游也得到较快发展. 黑龙江省拥有丰富的旅游资源和农业生态优势,发展农业生态旅游的条件得天独厚,应按照"中国农村之旅"、"中华生态环境游"的发展要求开发建设多类型的农业生态旅游项目,要重点打造品牌、营造特色、完善设施.同时,应走可持续发展的道路,实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的优化组合.
