由于牛头刨床传动机构是减速传动,包含主动和从动齿轮,对装配工艺和啮合传动有严格的要求。为了使学习者清晰了解牛头刨床传动机构内部结构和模拟真实环境下的运动状态,运用Pro/Engineer的“机构”模块,将牛头刨床传动机构的装配过程和运动状态进行仿真,使得整个装配过程可视化,同时对其机构的运动进行相关的方针分析,以帮助设计人员对潜在的问题进行预测和预防,从而降低产品的开发周期和费用。

Due to the shaper drive mechanism is reduction drive, including the active and driven gear, there are strict require-ments to assembly process and meshing transmission. In this paper, in order to help learners clearly understand the internal structure of the shaper drive mechanism and the motion state under the simulated real-environment, the assembly process and motion state of the shaper transmission mechanism are simulated by using "agencies" module of the Pro/Engineer, so as to make the whole assembly process be visualized, at the same time, the relevant policy analysis on movement of the agency is also conducted to help the designers to predicting and preventing the potential problems, thus to reduce the development cycle and cost of the products.
