对于环境主义者和哲学家而言，道学中关于使人类能够更好生存以及实现人与自然和谐的生态伦理反思的内容，是非常有意义的重要话题。环境伦理学本质上是一门应用性的学科，它起源于现代人面临自身现实生命世界时所产生的关于特定场景中探索相关伦理观念和伦理实践的兴趣。环境伦理能够从方法论、分析论、形而上学目的论、道义论与反道义论等角度引发生命世界中人与人、人与自然以及人与其他生命之间关系与位置的思考，其切入点是关于人类与人类终极价值的深层思考，同时要有环境伦理实践方式和场景的深层理解，而这两点都需要一种现实的预设，因此，在预设之中我们勾勒关于世界存在的方式与框架，也找到了我们自己。基于此，总结了道学中有关环境伦理探讨的五条不言自明的要理：（1）世界是一个完全的整体；（2）世界能够自我转化；（3）世界是自我生成的；（4）世界是从无到有的；（5）世界万物既相互独立又相互联系。从这五条要理出发，可以得出四个环境伦理的核心原则：（1）协调性原则；（2）互用性原则；（3）自我生成性原则；（4）自我创造性原则。这些有关环境伦理形而上方面的重要结论，必然为环境伦理学提供了必要的理论基础。

For environmentalists and philosophers, the content of ecological ethics in Daoism concerned about the harmony between human and nature is a significant and crucial topic. Environmental ethics is essentially an applied disciplinary rooted from people??s interest in theory and practice of ethics in certain situation in their real lives. Environmental ethics can trigger the thoughts about relations of inter?person, human and nature, human and other living things from perspectives of methodology, analytics, metaphysical teleology, deontology and ontology. The starting point is the reflection on human and the ultimate value of human and what is the same important is the deep understanding of practice mode and situation of environmental ethics. They both need a presupposition of the reality, based on which we define the way and framework of the existence of the world and in which we find ourselves. Thus, the five environmental ethics axioms of Daoism are summarized as follows:the world should be taken as a whole;the world is self?generated; the world develops from nothing; all matters in the world are mutually independent and interrelated. The five axioms lead to four core principles of environmental ethics: principles of coordination, interoperability, self?generation and self?creativity. The conclusion provides theoretical foundation for the construction of environmental ethics.
