作为一种高性能聚合物,聚醚醚酮(PEEK)具有耐高温、耐化学腐蚀、高强度等优点,但由于材料熔点高,采用传统制造方法难以实现复杂结构功能零件的低成本快速制造。针对该问题,利用高温型熔融沉积成形(FDM)设备开展了以PEEK为研究对象的FDM工艺实验研究。结果表明:通过合理控制打印机喷嘴温度、底板温度及成形室温度,可改善单层的线间搭接及层间的融合状态,从而使PEEK零件的最高拉伸强度达到77 MPa,接近传统注塑成形的力学性能指标,为难加工材料复杂结构成形过程中的控形与控性提供了新的解决方法。

As a kind of high -performance thermoplastic ,polyetheretherketone (PEEK) has outstanding advantageous properties such as high temperature resistance ,chemical corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical strength. However ,considering the cost and cycle of the production ,it is not an effective method to manufacture functional parts with complex structure by conventional way due to the high melting point of the PEEK. Therefore ,the aim of this study was to show that PEEK components can be produced in an economic manufacturing method by the fused deposition modelling (FDM) methodology. The result shows that rational controlling the temperature of the nozzle ,the plate and the printing room can improve the overlapping condition among the printing lines and fusion degree between interfacing layers. The maximum tensile strength of the PEEK parts reached up to around 77 MPa,which was close to the value of the parts made from injection method. This study provides a better solution for manufacturing parts with complex structure using hard processing materials.
