目的:探讨 ECT2 mRNA 及蛋白在胃癌患者外周血中的表达水平及其意义。方法:应用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT -PCR)及酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)测定50例胃癌患者及30例健康志愿者外周血 ECT2 mRNA 及蛋白的表达水平。结果:胃癌患者外周血中 ECT2 mRNA 阳性表达率为54%,健康志愿者外周血中ECT2 mRNA 均阴性表达(P <0.05)。ECT2蛋白在胃癌患者外周血中的浓度(1306.389±215.824)ng/L 显著高于健康志愿者外周血中的浓度(502.718±69.440)ng/L(P <0.05),并且与 TNM分期、淋巴结转移和浸润深度相关(P <0.05)。结论:外周血中 ECT2 mRNA 及蛋白的表达与胃癌关系密切,可作为反映胃癌发生、发展过程的有效分子指标。

목적:탐토 ECT2 mRNA 급단백재위암환자외주혈중적표체수평급기의의。방법:응용역전록취합매련식반응(RT -PCR)급매련면역흡부실험(ELISA)측정50례위암환자급30례건강지원자외주혈 ECT2 mRNA 급단백적표체수평。결과:위암환자외주혈중 ECT2 mRNA 양성표체솔위54%,건강지원자외주혈중ECT2 mRNA 균음성표체(P <0.05)。ECT2단백재위암환자외주혈중적농도(1306.389±215.824)ng/L 현저고우건강지원자외주혈중적농도(502.718±69.440)ng/L(P <0.05),병차여 TNM분기、림파결전이화침윤심도상관(P <0.05)。결론:외주혈중 ECT2 mRNA 급단백적표체여위암관계밀절,가작위반영위암발생、발전과정적유효분자지표。
Objective:To explore the expression and significance of ECT2 mRNA and protein in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Using RT -PCR and ELISA to detect the mRNA and protein expression of ECT2 in peripheral blood from 50 patients with gastric cancer and 30 healthy volunteers.Results:ECT2 mRNA posi-tive expression rate was 54% in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer and 0% in controls(P <0.05).ECT2 concentration in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer (1 306.389 ±215.824)ng/L was significantly higher than that in peripheral blood of healthy volunteers (502.718 ±69.440)ng/L (P <0.05),and associated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and invasion depth (P <0.05).Conclusion:The expression of ECT2 mRNA and pro-tein in peripheral blood significantly correlated with gastric cancer progression,and can be as an effective molecular marker for gastric cancer.
