葵花籽是一种重要的经济作物,近年来产业得到了迅猛的发展。脱籽是葵花生产加工中的一道关键工序。机械化程度低制约了生产率和经济效益的提高。针对现有葵花脱籽机存在的问题,设计了一种低破碎葵花脱籽机,确定了整机结构,设计了一种齿钉螺旋形脱籽辊。通过单因素试验,对葵花脱籽机的脱籽性能进行了试验研究,探讨了影响葵花脱籽效果的关键因素,为葵花脱籽机结构以及相关参数优化奠定了理论依据。

Sunflower seed is an important economic crop which has been developed rapidly in recent years. The de-seeding is a key process in the production of sunflower seeds. The low mechanization degree has restricted the improvement of productivi-ty and economic benefit. Aiming at the problems existing in the sunflower thresher, a low-crushing sunflower thresher was de-signed in this paper. The whole structure was determined, and the tooth type spiral threshing roller was designed. By single factor test, experimental research was carried out on the performance of the sunflower thresher, the key factors that would in-fluence the effect of thresher were also studied, which could establish the theoretical basis for the parameter optimization on the thresher structure.
