对海上稠油热采技术中单级地锚锚固困难、预拉力不足等问题,采用多级固井地锚组合施工工艺,从而提高地锚锚固性能。借助Fluent仿真软件对三级地锚内部液流流场数值模拟,从理论和数值模拟两方面,设计地锚憋压喷嘴结构尺寸,同时探讨三级地锚地面、井下试验方案。分析结果表明,三级地锚依次采用孔径φ65 mm、φ60 mm、φ57 mm的圆锥形喷嘴时,满足钻井施工要求,增加了地锚锚固性能。研究结果对于地锚喷嘴设计和现场施工循环排量控制具有指导作用。

Aiming at problems such as difficult anchoring of single-stage anchor and inadequate pre-tension and other issues of the offshore heavy oil thermal recovery technology, the multi-stage cementing anchor combination construction technology is applied to raise the anchoring performance of ground anchor. Numerical simulation to the interior flow field of the tertiary an-chor is conducted with the Fluent simulation software, from aspects of the theoretical and numerical simulation, structure size of the pressure-nozzle in ground anchor is designed, and testing programs on ground and underground are also discussed. The results show that it could meet the drilling requirements when the pores size of conical nozzles in these three anchors are suc-cessively φ65mm,φ60mm,φ57mm, and the anchoring performance could also be increased. The results have guiding function for the design of anchor nozzle and the cycle displacement control in the site construction.
