电动座椅采用双向电动机、传动装置(蜗杆轴、涡轮、心轴、齿条等)和座椅调节器(螺旋千斤顶或齿轮传动机构)等,通过传动装置和座椅调节器之间的连接,实现对座椅的调节,设计出了电动座椅的调节系统,包括传动和驱动系统的设计计算及相关零件的尺寸。该设计使调节能够更加简单、方便、快捷,并达到了便利性和舒适性的要求。
電動座椅採用雙嚮電動機、傳動裝置(蝸桿軸、渦輪、心軸、齒條等)和座椅調節器(螺鏇韆斤頂或齒輪傳動機構)等,通過傳動裝置和座椅調節器之間的連接,實現對座椅的調節,設計齣瞭電動座椅的調節繫統,包括傳動和驅動繫統的設計計算及相關零件的呎吋。該設計使調節能夠更加簡單、方便、快捷,併達到瞭便利性和舒適性的要求。
전동좌의채용쌍향전동궤、전동장치(와간축、와륜、심축、치조등)화좌의조절기(라선천근정혹치륜전동궤구)등,통과전동장치화좌의조절기지간적련접,실현대좌의적조절,설계출료전동좌의적조절계통,포괄전동화구동계통적설계계산급상관령건적척촌。해설계사조절능구경가간단、방편、쾌첩,병체도료편리성화서괄성적요구。
The electric seat of car uses reversing motor, gearing ( worm shaft, turbine, spindle, rack, etc. ) and the seat reg-ulator ( screw jack or gear transmission mechanism) , etc. , by using the connection between the transmission device and the seat regulator to adjust the seat. The control system for electric chair is designed in this paper, including the transmission and drive system design as well as related calculation, calculating the size of the related parts and drawing out the assembly draw-ing of the adjustment system and many main parts. The new seat regulator makes the seat simple, convenient and faster to ad-just, and it could reach the requirement of convenience and comfort.
