排气阀是减速机密闭油箱与外界进行气体交换的必经屏障。针对选厂磁选机减速机工作时发生的高温、漏油问题进行分析,找出问题原因,提出改进措施,并对减速机排气阀进行了改造,解决了因排气阀经常堵塞造成的减速机故障问题。
排氣閥是減速機密閉油箱與外界進行氣體交換的必經屏障。針對選廠磁選機減速機工作時髮生的高溫、漏油問題進行分析,找齣問題原因,提齣改進措施,併對減速機排氣閥進行瞭改造,解決瞭因排氣閥經常堵塞造成的減速機故障問題。

The exhaust valve of reducer is the only barrier to fuel tank for gas exchange with the outside. In this paper, the causes of high-temperature and oil leakage in the working process of the magnetic separator reducer are identified and ana-lyzed, then the improvement measures are suggested, and finally the exhaust valve gear is modified to solve the failure that is caused by the blocking of the exhaust valve.
