孤东油田为全国最大的滩海整装油田，油藏埋藏浅、地层疏松，出砂严重在国内居于最前列、洗井冲砂作业工艺施工量大、含砂液体处理量极大，处理不当易造成污染。孤东采油厂对冲砂液处理工艺技术进行了研究，对冲砂液处理车进行了验证，并根据冲砂液处理车在孤东油区的现场实验中出现的问题，研究了改进方案，经生产实验证明可靠实用、技术合理先进。

The Gudong oilfield is the largest beach unitization oilfield of China, of which the reservoir is shallowly buried, un-consolidated and likely to produce sand. Therefore, there is a lot of sand-flushing operation in the oil production of Gudong oilfield, in which large quantity of sand-carrier fluid need to be processed, and pollution is easily produced under inappropri-ate process. The method of sand-carrier fluid process is studied in Gudong oil production factory and the function of sand-flu-id processing vehicle is verified. The improvement solutions are given based on the problems found during the field tests in Gu-dong oilfield. It is proved that the improved system is reliable, practical and technology advanced.
