中国石油大庆石化公司化肥厂大氮肥装置停工检修时,排出大量废氨液,导致了水污染,针对这一问题,采取了在合成氨和尿素装置中增设地下收集槽的措施,将检修前工艺置换的废氨液回收,再通过泵将其送到废氨液储槽中储存,正常生产时再将氨水送到尿素装置水解系统进行处理,结果表明:一年日常生产可回收液氨118t,一次检修可回收59t,共计节约成本50万元,避免了环境污染,减少了资源浪费。

As for the issue of water pollution caused due to discharge of vast waste ammonia liquor at shutdown for overhaul of the large scale nitrogenous fertilizer unit of Fertilizer Complex of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company, underground collection tanks are added in the ammonia and urea units for recovering the waste ammonia liquor replaced before overhaul. The waste ammonia liquor is then pumped into waste ammonia liquor storage tanks, which will be pumped into the hydrolysis system of urea unit for treatment under normal operation. The result demonstrates that it can recover 118t liquid ammonia per year and 59 t liquid ammonia per overhaul, total saved cost amounts to 500 000 RMB. Therefore, it avoids environmental pollution and re-duces waste of resources.
