探讨在羊毛不同含湿量下等离子体的处理效果及与专用的羊毛防缩整理剂联用后对毡缩性能和力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和测色系统等检测设备对改性处理后的羊毛特性进行表征与分析。结果表明:对湿态织物进行等离子体处理,羊毛纤维表面的鳞片层刻蚀更加明显,表面氧元素含量明显升高;经过等离子体处理羊毛试样的染色性能得到提高,织物的抗拉强度基本不变;与树脂进行联合整理后,防毡缩性能也会进一步得到提高。

탐토재양모불동함습량하등리자체적처리효과급여전용적양모방축정리제련용후대전축성능화역학성능적영향,병통과소묘전경(SEM)화측색계통등검측설비대개성처리후적양모특성진행표정여분석。결과표명:대습태직물진행등리자체처리,양모섬유표면적린편층각식경가명현,표면양원소함량명현승고;경과등리자체처리양모시양적염색성능득도제고,직물적항랍강도기본불변;여수지진행연합정리후,방전축성능야회진일보득도제고。
In this paper, the effects of plasma treatment of wool in different moisture and the combination with the special wool shrink proof finishing agent studies the felting properties and mechanical properties. The properties of the modified wool were characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and color measurement instrument. The results showed that the degree of plasma etching on the wool scales as well as the oxygen content increased obviously with the increase of its moisture. The tensile strength of wool fabric after APJP treatment showed little change, but dyeability of treated fabrics improved. Especially, the anti-felting property will be further improved with the combined resin finishing.
