针对加氢高压换热器法兰密封用预紧碟簧，运用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS对螺栓－法兰连接用预紧碟簧在轴向载荷下的压缩回弹性能进行计算模拟，得到了预紧碟簧在轴向载荷下加载－卸载的轴向位移分布规律，并在此基础上，给出了有无摩擦作用时预紧碟簧的压缩－回弹性能曲线，得到了摩擦力对预紧碟簧工作性能的影响，该研究为进一步对加氢高压换热器用法兰预紧碟簧的参数化设计以及螺栓－预紧碟簧－法兰连接系统的紧密性设计提供了理论指导。

The compression -resilience performance of pre-load disc spring in bolted flanged connection under axial force is simulated with the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. The loading/unloading axial displacement distribution rule of the pre-loaded disc spring under axial load is obtained and the compression-resilience curves of the pre-load disc spring with and without friction effect are derived by finite element method on the basis of the calcu-lation data, together with the impacts of friction force on the working performance of the pre-loaded disc spring. The paper is to provide theoretical guid-ance for further study of the parametric design, tightness analysis and design of the pre-loaded disc spring of the bolted flanged connections in hydrocrac-king high pressure heat exchanger.
