以新乡中新化工有限责任公司投资建设了20万t/a乙二醇项目及配套的PSA装置为例,针对乙二醇项目投产后,为乙二醇装置提供的CO产品气中CH4含量较高这一重大问题,立足本地煤种,优化配煤,通过对5种煤炭在中新化工航天炉装置的试烧对比分析,得出结论:下沟煤较为理想,可以有效地从源头上控制合成气中CH4含量高的问题,节约了单位生产成本。

Taking the 200 kt/a ethylene glycol project and supporting PSA plant of Xinxiang Zhongxin Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. as an example, for the issue that CH4 content of product CO gas to ethylene glycol plant was higher, the measure of being based on local coal and coal blending optimiza-tion was taken, from comparative analysis of trial combustion results of five coals in the HT-L gasifier, we can draw a conclusion:Xiagou coal is more ideal for HT-L gasifier, high CH4 content in syngas can be controlled effectively from the feed, and the unit production cost can be saved.
