目的:筛选产今可豆氨酸的芽胞杆菌菌株。方法采用液相-四级杆飞行时间质谱的方法结合 Metlin数据库检索分析了32株芽胞杆菌菌株的发酵液胞外成分。结果筛选出含今可豆氨酸成分的芽胞杆菌菌株为科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohniiFJAT-10017)、解硫胺素解硫胺素芽胞杆菌(Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus FJAT-10004)、解葡聚糖类芽胞杆菌(Paenibacillus glucanolyticusFJAT-10020)、土壤短芽胞杆菌(Brevibacillus agriFJAT-10018)。其中该成分含量最高的为科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017),占其发酵液总代谢物含量的1.73%。结论科恩芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017)为今可豆氨酸高产菌株。该研究为芽胞杆菌来源活性物质的开发与利用提供理论依据。

목적:사선산금가두안산적아포간균균주。방법채용액상-사급간비행시간질보적방법결합 Metlin수거고검색분석료32주아포간균균주적발효액포외성분。결과사선출함금가두안산성분적아포간균균주위과은아포간균(Bacillus cohniiFJAT-10017)、해류알소해류알소아포간균(Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus FJAT-10004)、해포취당류아포간균(Paenibacillus glucanolyticusFJAT-10020)、토양단아포간균(Brevibacillus agriFJAT-10018)。기중해성분함량최고적위과은아포간균(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017),점기발효액총대사물함량적1.73%。결론과은아포간균(Bacillus cohnii FJAT-10017)위금가두안산고산균주。해연구위아포간균래원활성물질적개발여이용제공이론의거。
Objective To Screen theBacillus strains that producingL-Djenkolic acid.Methods Extracellular metabolites of 32Bacillus strains were analyzed by liquid chromatography-hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF MS) and Metlin database.ResultsThe result showed that 4 Bacillus strains containL-Djenkolic acid, including Bacillus cohniiFJAT-10017, Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticusFJAT-10004, Paenibacillus glucanolyticusFJAT-10020and Brevibacillus agriFJAT-10018. The content ofL-Djenkolic acid was the highest inBacillus cohniiFJAT-10017, with the relative content of 1.73%. ConclusionBacillus cohniiFJAT-10017 is the high-yieldBacillus strain producingL-Djenkolic acid. This result provided theory basis for development and utilization of active substances fromBacillus.
