为确定苎麻叶面积测定的最佳方法,本研究进行了三种叶面积测定方法比较研究,对不同部位不同形状的苎麻叶片参数与叶面积间的关系进行回归分析。结果表明,长宽积系数法、鲜重系数法、干重系数法均具有较高的可靠性,构建的三种叶面积测定方法线性模型,相关系数 R均大于0.99,分别为:y1=0.7287x1+1.1145;y2=1.2041x2-16.805;y3=1.1385x3-11.983。并对各苎麻叶片参数进行了多因素方差分析,结果表明,取样部位对长宽积系数、鲜重系数、干重系数均有显著影响,叶片大小对鲜重系数、干重系数有显著影响,叶片形状对长宽积系数有显著影响。在利用系数回归法测定苎麻叶面积时,应根据不同的叶片参数选择更为贴近的回归线性模型。

In order to find out the best method for determining the leaf area of ramie,three kinds of leaf area measurement methods were compared and the relationships between different leaf parameters and leaf area were regressively analyzed.The results showed that these three leaf area measurement methods were all highly reliable.Three correspondent linear models were established,the correlation coefficient were all greater than 0.99,the linear models were:y1 =0.7287x1 +1.1145;y2 =1.2041x2 -16.805;y3 =1.1385x3 -11.983 respectively.The results of multi -factor variance analysis showed that different sampling locations had significant effect on width product coefficient、fresh weight coefficient and dry weight coefficient;the size of leaf had significant effect on fresh weight coefficient and dry weight coeffi-cient;the shape of leaf had significant effect on width product coefficient.When using coefficient regres-sive methods to measure leaf area,a more appropriate model accroding to different parameters of leaf should be chosen.
