为探讨盐碱胁迫下亚麻幼苗阳离子吸收和分配的特点,为盐碱地种植亚麻栽培技术提供理论指导。采用2种中性盐(NaCl 和 Na2 SO4)和2种碱性盐(NaHCO3和 Na2 CO3)分别混合模拟盐胁迫和碱胁迫,对中亚麻2号进行14天胁迫处理,测定了苗长、根长和茎长等生长指标,并分析了根系和地上部 Na +、K +、Ca2+、Mg2+含量的变化。结果表明:(1)盐碱胁迫不同程度抑制了亚麻幼苗的生长,碱性盐胁迫比中性盐胁迫的抑制更严重。中性盐胁迫对亚麻茎的抑制较根更严重,而碱性盐胁迫则得到相反的结果。(2)盐碱胁迫大幅度增加了亚麻苗期根和地上部对 Na +的吸收。中性盐胁迫下地上部 K +的吸收增高,根的 K +吸收降低。碱性盐胁迫下根和地上部 K +的吸收均降低。中性盐胁迫和碱性盐胁迫下根和地上部 Ca2+和 Mg2+的吸收均降低,根系中的降低程度较地上部大。(3)相关性分析表明盐碱胁迫下 Ca2+的吸收与 Na +的吸收呈极显著负相关。

This study was carried out to elucidate characteristics of cation absorption and distribution in the shoots of flax under saline -alkali stress and to provide guiding theory for the cultivation of flax in saline -alkali soil.Neutral salt (NaCl and Na2 SO4 )and alkaline salt (NaHCO3 and Na2 CO3 )were used to simulate salinity and alkalinity stress,and the seedlings of ZhongYa 2 were treated under the stress for 14 days.The growth indexes of seedling length,root length and stem length and the content of Na +, K +,Ca2 +,Mg2 + in the roots and shoots were determined.The result showed that:(1 )Flax seedling growth was inhibited by salinity and alkalinity stress in different degrees,and alkaline salt stress was more serious than neutral salt stress.Under neutral salt stress,inhibition of stem was serious than root, and the opposite result was obtained under alkaline salt stress.(2)Na + was massively increased in roots and shoots under both neutral and alkaline salt stress.Under neutral salt stress,the absorption of K + was increased in shoots and decreased in roots compared with the control.Uptake of K + in roots and shoots were all decreased under alkaline salt stress.Ca2 + and Mg2 + of roots and shoots were decreased whether in neutral salt stress or in alkaline salt stress,and the degree of reduction in roots was larger than shoots.(3)Correlation analysis showed that absorption of Ca2 + was significantly negative correlated with Na +.
