目的:为实现蜂蜜掺假识别,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对蜂蜜中 Pb、Sr 微量元素的同位素比值进行识别分析。方法分析了饶河纯正东北黑蜂蜂蜜和不同产地蜂蜜的同位素比值;利用质量分析专业软件(MPP)分别采用决策树(decision tree)、朴素贝叶斯(naive bayes)、神经网络(neural network)、偏最小二乘判别分析法(partial least square discriminate)和支持向量机(support vector machine)等模型识别方法,对蜂蜜数据进行分析研究。结果不同产地的蜂蜜中铅、锶同位素比值差别较大,饶河蜂蜜能和不同产地的外地蜂蜜很好地分离开,可以解释84.72%的差异。通过MPP软件发现采用决策树模型对16个蜂蜜样品的测试得到了验证,准确率为100%。结论电感耦合等离子体测定铅、锶同位素比值的蜂蜜掺假识别是可行的。

Objective To analyze the isotope ratios of the trace elements Pb and Sr by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) in order to identify the true and false of honey. Methods The isotope ratios of Pb and Sr between Raohe northeast black bee honey and honey from different areas were analyzed by the quality analysis professional software Mass Profiler Professional (MPP) with the methods of decision tree, naive bayes, neural network, partial least square discriminate, and support vector machine models. Results The isotope ratios of Pb and Sr between honey from different areas varied greatly from each other. Raohe honey could be effectively distinguished from the others, indicating 84.72% of the total differences. It was demonstrated that the accuracy rate of analyzing the 16 honey samples with decision tree model by MPP software was 100%.Conclusion The isotope ratios of Pb and Sr being determined by ICP-MS and then identifying adulterated honey is feasible.
