目的:建立了液相色谱-串联质谱测定婴幼儿食品中6种黄曲霉毒素的方法。方法试样经乙腈超声提取,离心, MycosepTM226净化柱净化后液相色谱串联质谱仪直接测定,外标法定量。结果加标回收率范围为83.3%~100.6%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)在1.30%~6.64%。将本方法用于实际样品分析,60份婴幼儿食品中黄曲霉毒素B1检出2份,黄曲霉毒素G2检出1份,其余4种黄曲霉毒素均未检出。结论此方法简便快速,可用于婴幼儿食品中6种黄曲霉毒素的测定。

Objective To establish a method for determination of 6 kinds of aflatoxins in infant food by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Methods Samples were sequentially extracted by acetonitrile, then being centrifuged, using MycosepTM226 columns to cleanup, evaporated, re-dissolved before analysis. Using the external standard method for quantitative analysis, the samples were analysed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Results The present method showed acceptable recoveries of 83.3%~100.6%, with relative standard deviation (RSDs) ranging from 1.30% to 6.64%. In all 60 samples, 2 samples were detected of aflatoxinB1, and one was detected of aflatoxinG2. In addition, other aflatoxins were not detected in the present study.Conclusion This method is demonstrated to be rapid and simple, which can be applied in the determination of 6 kinds of aflatoxins in infant food.
