采用 Cu 、Sn 、Ti 单质金属粉混合制备了活性钎料,在真空炉中对 CBN 进行了钎焊连接,实现了CBN 与 Q235钢基体的高强度连接。运用 SEM 、EDS 分析了 CBN 与钎料的界面微观组织、元素分布。结果表明:混合金属粉实现了钎料合金化,对 CBN 的润湿性较好,钎料与 CBN 、钢基体发生了界面反应,生成了含 Ti 的化合物,钢基体中的少量 Fe 元素随 Ti 扩散到 CBN 并形成白色块状 TiFe 化合物。
採用 Cu 、Sn 、Ti 單質金屬粉混閤製備瞭活性釬料,在真空爐中對 CBN 進行瞭釬銲連接,實現瞭CBN 與 Q235鋼基體的高彊度連接。運用 SEM 、EDS 分析瞭 CBN 與釬料的界麵微觀組織、元素分佈。結果錶明:混閤金屬粉實現瞭釬料閤金化,對 CBN 的潤濕性較好,釬料與 CBN 、鋼基體髮生瞭界麵反應,生成瞭含 Ti 的化閤物,鋼基體中的少量 Fe 元素隨 Ti 擴散到 CBN 併形成白色塊狀 TiFe 化閤物。
채용 Cu 、Sn 、Ti 단질금속분혼합제비료활성천료,재진공로중대 CBN 진행료천한련접,실현료CBN 여 Q235강기체적고강도련접。운용 SEM 、EDS 분석료 CBN 여천료적계면미관조직、원소분포。결과표명:혼합금속분실현료천료합금화,대 CBN 적윤습성교호,천료여 CBN 、강기체발생료계면반응,생성료함 Ti 적화합물,강기체중적소량 Fe 원소수 Ti 확산도 CBN 병형성백색괴상 TiFe 화합물。
Active filler was mixed using metal powder of Cu , Sn , Ti . With this filler , CBN was brazed in vacuum furnace to realize a high strength connection between CBN and steel substrate of Q235 . The microstructure , distribution of the interface between the elements of CBN and brazing alloy was analyzed by SEM and EDS . The results showed that the metal powder could be alloyed , and had good wettability with CBN . The interfacial reaction occurred among brazing alloy , CBN and steel matrix to generate compounds containing Ti . It was shown that a small amount of Fe in steel substrate diffused into the CBN to form white TiFe compounds in clumps with Ti .
