用水雾化法制造金刚石工具用 FeCu 合金粉末,通过对雾化工艺、还原工艺的优化设计,对不同还原温度制得的粉末检测其松比、氧含量的变化,结合金刚石工具的胎体硬度、抗弯强度与切割效率、耐磨性、切割寿命之间的关系,研制性能优良,用途广泛的合金粉末。试验结果表明:雾化水压力80 M Pa ,水流量80 L /min ,选用5 mm 漏嘴,还原温度在(600±10)℃,还原时间25 min 时,制得的合金粉末各项性能指标最佳。
用水霧化法製造金剛石工具用 FeCu 閤金粉末,通過對霧化工藝、還原工藝的優化設計,對不同還原溫度製得的粉末檢測其鬆比、氧含量的變化,結閤金剛石工具的胎體硬度、抗彎彊度與切割效率、耐磨性、切割壽命之間的關繫,研製性能優良,用途廣汎的閤金粉末。試驗結果錶明:霧化水壓力80 M Pa ,水流量80 L /min ,選用5 mm 漏嘴,還原溫度在(600±10)℃,還原時間25 min 時,製得的閤金粉末各項性能指標最佳。
용수무화법제조금강석공구용 FeCu 합금분말,통과대무화공예、환원공예적우화설계,대불동환원온도제득적분말검측기송비、양함량적변화,결합금강석공구적태체경도、항만강도여절할효솔、내마성、절할수명지간적관계,연제성능우량,용도엄범적합금분말。시험결과표명:무화수압력80 M Pa ,수류량80 L /min ,선용5 mm 루취,환원온도재(600±10)℃,환원시간25 min 시,제득적합금분말각항성능지표최가。
FeCu alloy powder , which was used to make diamond tools , was prepared using water atomization method . Both atomizing and reducing processes were optimized . Powder prepared at different temperatures were tested on their loose ratios and oxygen contents , which could help to prepare new powder with better property and wider application considering matrix hardness , bending strength , cutting efficiency , wear resistance , and cutting life . Results showed that the powder possessed best property when prepared at atomizing pressure 80 M Pa , water flow 80 L/ min , and reducing temperature (600 ± 10) ℃ for 25 minutes and with a nozzle of 5 mm .
