目的:评价同伴教育对提高纯母乳喂养率的效果。方法:招募母乳喂养同伴教育者,经过严格培训考核合格后成为同伴教育者。将118名产妇随机分为观察组及对照组,两组出院后均由社区保健护士定时上门随访,观察组在此基础上辅以同伴教育。于产后6个月评估两组产妇母乳喂养知识及技巧评分、纯母乳喂养率及纯母乳喂养持续时间。结果:观察组母乳喂养知识及技巧评分为(84.12±7.24)分,对照组为(69.59±17.18)分;观察组纯母乳喂养持续时间为(142.44±34.57)天,对照组为(97.86±21.83)天;观察组产后6个月纯母乳喂养率为63.16%,对照组为34.43%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:同伴教育可有效提高产妇出院后的母乳喂养知识及技巧水平、纯母乳喂养率及纯母乳喂养持续时间,对产妇出院后的延续性护理起到有效的辅助作用,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of partner education for success rate of breast feeding. Methods: Breastfeeding peer educators was recruited and given professional training to become educator. Totally 118 women were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Partner educators were assigned to the observation group after discharge. Community nurses follow both groups regularly, and evaluate breastfeeding knowledge, skills and duration of exclusive breastfeeding. Results: The score of the observation group (84.12±7.24) was signiifcantly higher than the control group's (69.59±17.18) (P<0.001). The duration of exclusive breastfeeding of the observation group was (142.44±34.57) days, which was signiifcantly more than the control group's (97.86±21.83) (P<0.001). The rate of pure breast feeding of the observation group (63.16%) was signiifcantly higher than the control group's (34.43%) (P<0.001). Conclusion: Partner education can provide continuity of maternal care after discharge , increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding signiifcantly.
