目的:分析全方位护理在手术室创伤急救中的应用和影响.方法 :选择我院2014年1 月至2015年1 月收治的创伤急救手术患者100例 ,将其随机分成实验组和对照组各50例 ,对照组患者给予常规急救护理 ,实验组患者给予全方位急救护理 ,对两组患者的家属满意度和抢救成功率进行比较分析.结果 :实验组患者的抢救成功率和患者家属满意度显著优于对照组患者 ,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P< 0 .05 ). 结论 :在手术室创伤急救中 ,应用全方位护理能让护理质量得到有效提升 ,提高抢救成功率 ,保证患者的生命健康.

목적:분석전방위호리재수술실창상급구중적응용화영향.방법 :선택아원2014년1 월지2015년1 월수치적창상급구수술환자100례 ,장기수궤분성실험조화대조조각50례 ,대조조환자급여상규급구호리 ,실험조환자급여전방위급구호리 ,대량조환자적가속만의도화창구성공솔진행비교분석.결과 :실험조환자적창구성공솔화환자가속만의도현저우우대조조환자 ,량자비교차이유통계학의의(P< 0 .05 ). 결론 :재수술실창상급구중 ,응용전방위호리능양호리질량득도유효제승 ,제고창구성공솔 ,보증환자적생명건강.
Objective:to analysis the application and effect of comprehensive nursing in the operation room trauma emergency .Methods:in our hos-pital from 2014 January to 2015 January were treated 100 cases of trauma emergency surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and con-trol group with 50 cases in each group ,the control group were given routine nursing ,experimental group patients were given full range ofemergency nursing ,the satisfaction of two groups of patients'families and the rescue success rate were compared and analyzed .Results :the experimental group patients rescue success rate and patient satisfaction was significantly better than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0畅05) .Conclusion:in the operation room trauma ,application of comprehensive nursing can improve nursing quality ,improve the success rate ,ensure the life and health of patients .
