目的:观察单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂(GM -1)联合鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效.方法 :选择我院儿科住院 HIE患儿51例 ,均采用三维持、三对症综合治疗方案 ,对照组25例加用单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂治疗 ,治疗组 26例在对照组的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗 ,观察两组患儿的症状体征 ,新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)评估疗效.结果 :治疗组临床疗效总有效率96 .1% ,显著高于对照组 ;NABA评分 ,治疗组与对照组在生后2d内评分无明显差异 ,生后10 天评分治疗组明显高于对照组.差异均具有统计学意义(P< 0 .05).结论 :GM -1联合 mNGF治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 ,能有效改善患儿的临床症状 ,可促进受损神经细胞功能修复 ,值得临床推广.

Objective:To observe the clinieal effieacy of the monosialotetrahexosylganglioside(GM1) combined with mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) .Methods:In our hospital department of pediatric 51 cases of with neo-natal HIE were retrospectively analyzed .All the cases were treated by three in the support and the basis of the three symptomatic .The control group (n=25) was treated with GM1 together with conventional treraply for HIE .The treatment group(n=26) was treated with mNGF on the basis of the control group .There were statistical significant differences of symptoms and signs difference between the two groups .The neonatal behavioral neuro-logical assessment(NBNA) scores were evaluated between the two groups .Results :The total effective rate in the observation group was 96 .1% ,signifi-cantly higher than the control group .In the treatment group the NBNA scores(2d) was no significant difference ,In the treatment group the NBNA scores(10d) was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0 .05) .Conclusions:GM1 Combined With mNGF treated the Neonatal Hypoxic-Ischemic encephalopathy ,can effectively improve the patients clinical symptoms .It Could significantly promote the injury central nerous system func-tional recovery .Thus it's worthy of clinical application .
