激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱分析技术( LA-ICP-MS)以其原位、实时、快速的分析优势,已广泛应用于地质、材料、冶金、考古、医药和生物等领域.除了分析仪器的硬软件研究外,校正分析方略研究一直是LA-ICP-MS 元素作图成像分析中的重中之重,尤其是标样的合理制备和使用.就以上各方面做出详细的述评,明确LA-ICP-MS联用分析技术的未来发展方向.
激光剝蝕電感耦閤等離子體質譜分析技術( LA-ICP-MS)以其原位、實時、快速的分析優勢,已廣汎應用于地質、材料、冶金、攷古、醫藥和生物等領域.除瞭分析儀器的硬軟件研究外,校正分析方略研究一直是LA-ICP-MS 元素作圖成像分析中的重中之重,尤其是標樣的閤理製備和使用.就以上各方麵做齣詳細的述評,明確LA-ICP-MS聯用分析技術的未來髮展方嚮.

The laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( LA-ICP-MS ) hyphenate technique was applied in geological, material, metallurgical,archaeology,biological,and medicine fields with its prominent advantages such as:in situ, real time and rapidly analysis.It is a modern and powerful analytical tool for the mapping of elemental distribution in samples.And it is urgent that study of calibra-tion strategy for LA-ICP-MS besides developing hard and soft ware of analytical instrument,especially for the preparation and utilization of standard samples.The above various aspects of LA-ICP-MS were re-viewed in this paper for the communication with readers.The future trends of LA-ICP-MS hyphenate an-alytical technique will be understood.
