制备固载型αK5 H[ SiW11 Zn( H2 O) O39 ] · 15H2 O/SnO2催化剂,并用IR、XRD对其结构进行了表征.探讨了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂用量等因素对乳酸丁酯酯化率的影响.实验结果表明:在醇酸摩尔比为1.5、50%α-SiW11 Zn/SnO2用量为0.4 g、反应时间4 h、带水剂用量为13 mL时,酯化率可以达到90.0%,且催化剂重复使用性能良好.

The supported catalystsαK5 H[ SiW11 Zn( H2 O) O39 ] · 15H2 O/SnO2 were prepared by dipping method and characterized by IR and XRD spectrum.The effect of mole ratio of butanol and lactic acid,a-mount of catalyst, reaction time and volume of cyclohexane on esterification rate of butyl lactate was stud-ied.The esterification rate can be more than 90.0%when mole ratio of butanol and lactic acid was 1.5, amount of 50%α-SiW11 Zn/SnO2 was 0.4 g, reaction time was 4 h,volume of cyclohexane was 13 mL. More importantly, the catalyst displayed fine recyclable property.
