目的:探讨ProTaper Universal和 Hero Shaper两种根管再治疗器用于根管内充填材料清除临床效果差异.方法 :选取近期于我院行正畸减数拔除单根管离体下颌前磨牙共100颗 ,采用随机数字表法分为A 组(50颗)和B组(50颗);分别采用 Hero Shaper和ProTaper Universal根管再治疗器行根管填充材料清除 ;比较两组患者根管再治疗过程中推出根尖孔碎屑量和根管壁残留充填物评分. 结果 :B组患者推出根尖孔碎屑量显著少于 A组 ,差异有统计学意义(p<0 .05 );B组患者根尖部位根管壁残留填充物评分显著低于 A组 ,差异有统计学意义(p< 0 .05 );两组患者根中和根冠部位根管壁残留填充物评分比较差异无统计学意义(p>0 .05).结论 :相较于 Hero Shaper根管再治疗器械 ,ProTaper Universal根管再治疗器械用于根管内充填材料清除可有效降低经根尖孔推出碎屑量 ,改善根尖部清洁程度 ,具有临床应用价值.

Objective:To investigate removing effect differences for filling material of ProTaper Universal root canal retreatment instrument and He-ro Shaper root canal retreatment instrument for root canal preparation .Methods :100 teeth with mandibular premolars for single tube were chosen in re-cent years in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including A group (50 teeth) with ProTaper Universal root canal retreatment instru-ment in removing filling material for root canal preparation and B group (50 teeth) with Hero Shaper root canal retreatment instrument in removing filling material for root canal preparation ;and the amount of apical foramen clastic and the scores of filling integral residue in root canal wall of differ-ent parts of both groups were compared .Results :The amount of apical foramen clastic of B group was significant fewer than A group(p< 0 .05) .The scores of filling integral residue in root canal wall of root tip of B group was significant lower than A group(p<0 .05) .There was no significant differ-ence in scores of filling integral residue in root canal wall of middle root and root crown between 2 groups(p>0 .05) .Conclusion:Compared with Hero Shaper root canal retreatment instrument ProTaper Universal root canal retreatment instrument in removing filling material for root canal preparation of mandibular premolar can efficiently decrease amount of apical foramen clastic and improve cleanliness degree of root tip .
